Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Textile Engineering/Wet Processing background will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the optimum productivity in accordance with global standard.
∎ Give necessary guidelines to meet the shipment schedule and deliver products with required quality and to coordinate the production shift.
∎ Ensuring smooth execution of wash (R&D) of the factory as per the buyer's specifications and meet the shipment schedule.
∎ To handle high capacity denim wash production maintaining quality and safety.
∎ To maintain the costing based on different wash types & styles.
∎ Maintaining the basic SOP of the wet process and minimizing production costs and maintaining quality standards.
∎ To minimize rewash or rework percentage and closely monitor on it.
∎ Ensuring floor & shift discipline and safety related issues and control MMR.
∎ To utilize properly the maximum capacity of wet processes' machineries.
∎ Should have working Experience with GAP, H&M, GEORGE, NEXT.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Garments Washing Plant, Production.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Denim Washing (Wet Process), Wet Processing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments.
∎ Technical knowledge of Washing.
∎ Self-motivated and should have leadership capabilities.
∎ Must be ready to work at Tongi.
