Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BSc in Textile Engineering will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the production factory.
∎ Prepare schedule and plan the daily work for the garment wash and delegate the work depending on the workload and priority.
∎ Get the job done Shade Band Approval, Trail Bulk and fixed the Wash Formula.
∎ As per process Layout, Process Sequence at dry wet should be buyer requirement.
∎ Shipment and Sewing schedule wise make Wash and Delivery Plan.
∎ Sufficient knowledge about process wise timing/output ratio for both wet and dry as per capacity.
∎ Analytical ability for daily production achievement against capacity.
∎ To maintain daily turnover and profit loss analysis
∎ Sufficient knowledge about washing rate and expenditures.
∎ Maintain buyer and in-house SOP and try to implement and add new wash formula
∎ Coordinate with sewing factory, washing factory as well as merchant team.
∎ To monitor strongly to reduce production loss time through minimizing rewash and rejection.
∎ To find out root causes of less production/rejection and take appropriate action to overcome the situation with production department.

∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Washing plant chemical.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments.
Salary: Negotiable
