∎ Diploma in Chemical /B. Sc (Pass)
Job Context:
∎ Department: SPP
∎ Job Level: Experienced
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take whole responsibility of the shift to run SPP (Stock Preparation Plant), Chemical section and Quality control (Lab) department properly.
∎ To ensure the presence of all staffs in each shift for SPP, Chemical & Quality control sections.
∎ To maintain harmony between the sections and ensure good job environment at all times.
∎ To monitor and maintain the standard parameter of pulp in SPP to ensure quality production.
∎ To maintain the ledger for all kinds raw materials including chemicals and prepare purchase order in coordination with higher management.
∎ To conduct different types of test for incoming raw materials (Pulp, Chemical etc ) for assurance of quality for every consignment.
∎ To prepare different types of chemical solution and ensure right amount of chemical dosing.
∎ To be responsible for calibration of all laboratory equipment and analytical research of chemical & different grades of pulp & paper.
∎ To keep close contacts with relevant department for modification / improvement / or trouble shooting and after all keeping an eye on the overall production activities.
∎ To be prepared to do any other job when require by management and should have the positive attitude to learn.
∎ To maintain and control the attendance, leave and overtime of all subordinates of the sections.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferable 2 to 3 year experience.
∎ Fresh Candidate's may also apply.
∎ Must have to Good communication skill.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ Time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in time.
∎ Ability to keep confidential where required.
