Education:

• BSC in Environmental Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Civil / Mechanical / or Science background (Chemistry preferred). (Required 3-5 year Experience ).

• Diploma degree holders also are encouraged to apply in case of experienced more than 6 years.

• Age At most 35 years
• Only Male

• Understanding of ETP operations

• Ability to solve technical problems efficiently.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to learn and work in industrial environments.

• Computer skills in Microsoft Office courses.

• Willing to work individually under pressure.

• Good interpersonal & communication skills and well behaved

• Candidate’s residence must be near to factory/ at factory.

Probation Period: 3 months

Job Context:

We are looking for skilled, dynamic and self-motivated “ETP Supervisor” for smooth ETP operation and technical support of paper manufacturing company. The Candidates must have basic knowledge of ETP management, Water treatment and environmental protection as per DOE regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).
• Ensure treated water quality meets regulatory standards.
• Maintain pH, DO, BOD, COD, and other water parameters.
• Handle chemical dosing, sludge management, and biological processes.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance with environmental laws.
• Maintain ETP LAB & Ability to Test Basic Parameter Of ETP.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operation.
• Documentation Work for ECC.
