Production shift in charge:

1. Excellent Understanding of overall SMT production process.

2. 2.5 years SMT programing experienced in electronic manufacturing.

3. Knowledge to create and modify program for SMT machine. Such as: Pick & Place, AOI, SPI, Reflow, Router etc.

4. Ability to prepare Machine setup using Garber file, CAD data, BOM, centroid file

5. Good working knowledge in SMT and through hole component handling.

6. Troubleshoot programing and machine related issue during production.

7. Good knowledge of material & ERP system management.

QA:

1. SMT Quality Control & Process Monitoring

   Supervise overall SMT PCBA quality activities including solder paste printing, component mounting, reflow process, and final PCBA quality verification to ensure stable production quality and target achievement.

2. SPI, AOI & ATA Program Management

   Prepare, optimize, and maintain SPI, AOI, and ATA inspection programs according to new models and engineering changes. Monitor machine performance, reduce false calls, and improve detection accuracy for quality improvement.

3. FAI Validation & New Model Setup

   Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) for new models, line changeovers, and engineering changes. Verify component placement, polarity, solder quality, BOM matching, and process parameters before mass production release.

4. Defect Analysis & Corrective Action Implementation

   Lead SMT defect analysis activities for issues such as solder defects, missing components, polarity issues, tombstone, and functional failures. Coordinate with Production, PE, and Engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

5. QA Team Management & Quality Reporting

   Manage QA inspectors and technicians, provide technical training on IPC standards, inspection criteria, ESD control, and machine operation. Prepare daily quality reports, monitor FPY/rejection trends, and ensure compliance with customer and factory quality standards.

Maintenance:

1. Maintaining and troubleshooting the equipment and machines used in SMT process.

2. Performing regular and schedule maintenance on equipment and machines.

3.  Implementing measures to extend the life of equipment and ensure downtime.

4. SMT machines spare parts management.

5. Implementing measures to extend the life of equipment and reduce the downtime.
