Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Educational qualification is Diploma in Mechanical / Engineering.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work as a Shift In-charge, Production.
∎ To supervise the operation of the machine and should be capable of making various GSM of WPP-Offset paper.
∎ To supervise the activities of section and keep everything under control.
∎ To prepare the reports preferably with graphical representation as applicable to authority.
∎ To make necessary coordination with all concern departments to ensure smooth delivery of products as per the quality requirement of market.
∎ To prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedule in collaboration with the engineering departments.
∎ To maintain the ledger of foreign & local spare parts of Paper machine, prepare purchase requisition as necessary in coordination with the PM / GM.
∎ To prepare the production planning in coordination with senior authority.
∎ To ensure smooth functioning of the machine and operators with a view to attain the production target set by the higher authority.
∎ To maintain and control the attendance, leave and overtime of all subordinates of the section.
∎ To maintain the harmony between the sections and ensure good job environment at all time.
∎ To be prepared to do any other job when require by management and should have the right attitude to learn.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience required Preferably 2 to 5 year's
∎ Commitment to work, drive for result, leadership skills
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be dynamic, hardworking & proactive.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ Time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in time.
∎ Ability to keep confidentiality where required.
