∎ Diploma/B.sc in textile Engineering/B.A (Hons.) in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
DYEING LAB, Physical Testing, Quality Management and Garment Lab Testing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Shift In charge of physical lab activity and able to control over shift.
∎ Experience in color fastness, physical & mechanical test.
∎ Knowledge of testing machine operating and basic maintenance.
∎ Maintaining and updating daily test result database as per buyer test criteria.
∎ Risk point analysis of new development/sample/bulk/others.
∎ Review of daily development, sample, bulk fabric and garments report.
∎ forward the test reports for authorization
∎ Inform departmental head for any not Ok report.
∎ Find out root cause analysis against not Ok result and keep record.
∎ Generate local and global test report format.
∎ Arrange test report file as per all buyer recommendation.
∎ Maintain proper storage of shrinkage bag, tested garments for all buyers.
∎ Forward all updated information regarding testing process/wash and dry process/others tools.
∎ Prepare monthly budget for physical lab item.
∎ Monitoring the working process of subordinators and motivating them.
∎ Give training for testing the sample as per buyer assurance process and preparing the test reports to asst. technician/technician.
∎ Very strong administrative skill and discipline required in timely collection, reporting and giving result with accuracy, Confidently and record keeping
∎ Knowledge on deferent test methods like ISO, AATCC, JIS.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent team player, independent, positive attitude and result oriented.
∎ Enthusiastic to learn and honesty is must.
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English
∎ Willing to stay beside factory
∎ Job Location: Pubail, Gazipur
