∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
cement industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To keep the packing plant always ready for operation.
∎ To maintain the log/register book.
∎ To cooperate with delivery staff for smooth operation.
∎ Monitoring silo extraction & packing of different grades of cement.
∎ Must have knowledge about tools.
∎ Should be capable of providing maximum delivery by using minimum power consumption.
∎ To manage Operator's teams and other department staff members and also other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Always be careful & alert in fire fighting activities.
∎ To maintain all mechanical devices or equipment within the cement factory.
∎ Should be willing to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and directions.
∎ To find out problems & solve immediately.
∎ To perform analysis on a breakdown by using an ERP system.
∎ Should be able to manage health and safety procedures and ensure good housekeeping in and around the plant and workshop.
∎ To maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with codes and legal regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have basic knowledge about mechanical engineering & should be expert in handling ERP & smartphone.
∎ The applicants must have adequate knowledge in MS word & MS Excel.
∎ Should be able to perform supervisory responsibilities.
