Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget.
∎ Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.
∎ Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns.
∎ Co-work with respective trade channels for promotional mechanism, special offers, in store display and POS materials.
∎ Plan, monitor and review on the marketing budget.
∎ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.
∎ Monitor competitor's activities through print, TVC advertisements and data analysis, as well as current market performance and trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum experience of 04 – 05 Years.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Cement, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Paint, Steel, Tiles/Ceramic
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Have good knowledge of using MS office.
∎ Stakeholder Management.
∎ Teamwork.
