∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Most Preferable BBA / MBA / B.Com / M.Com from reputed university Major in Marketing.
∎ Skills Required: Data Analysis, Excellent communication skill

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Customer Support/ Client Service, FMCG Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead & provide guidance to the team and improve overall performance.
∎ Monitor the activities of sales personnel to assess performance and productivity
∎ Assign and designate sales targets and territories to staff according to individual potential
∎ Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss product and how it will meet the requirements of a customer.
∎ Motivate and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve set goals
∎ Sales individual is responsible for helping build up our business by identifying new business prospects and selling product to them.
∎ They must maintain relationships with current clients, build and maintain relationships with new clients.
∎ Must be able to search out business leads.
∎ Keep close contact with the customers and visit projects continuously to achieve sales target.
∎ Immediate respond to any Sales queries and follow up accordingly.
∎ Build Effective Relationship with the Customers & Maintain Client Database (CRM).
∎ Closing sales with Customer Management and Accounts Department.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have previous Sales experience.
∎ Good customer relationships
∎ Systematic & balanced work
∎ Strong communication skills,
∎ Excellent follow up skills,
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Should have good knowledge of computer applications specially MS Office (Word, Excel worksheet),
∎ Must be able to take responsibility with honesty, sincerity and seriousness,
∎ Prepare monthly sales projection & sales report & update to the management on a monthly basis.
∎ Must be a team-player, cooperative mentality, ability to lead a big team and leadership qualities.
∎ Has to make sure that target is achieved and increase sales.
