Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing the service department, ensuring efficient operations, and optimizing resources.
∎ Streamlining service processes, coordinating technicians, and allocating work efficiently.
∎ Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving customer concerns.
∎ Addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and working towards a positive resolution.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of motorcycle parts and accessories.
∎ Regularly assessing stock levels, placing orders, and managing inventory control.
∎ Conducting performance evaluations of service team members and providing mentoring and coaching.
