Job Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in electric bikes.

Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and routine servicing.

Inspect batteries, motors, controllers, wiring, and other electrical components.

Handle warranty claims and maintain accurate service records.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality after-sales support.

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion.

Follow all safety standards and company service procedures.

Requirements

Diploma/BSc in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.

Experience in EV, motorcycle, or automotive servicing is preferred.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Good communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to work independently and in a team.
