Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
We are looking to hire some experienced ASST. SERVICE ENGINEER / SERVICE ENGINEER for ensuring service for company`s different types of agriculture machineries like Tractor, Power Tiller, Rotavator, Reaper, Harvester, Diesel Engine, etc. Candidates must complete BSc in Mechanical Engineering. Candidates having working experience in service of different types’ agriculture machineries especially on Tractor, Harvester, Power Tiller, Reaper, etc. will get priority.
Products: Tractor, Power Tiller, Rotavator, Reaper, Harvester, Diesel Engine, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting the problem of the equipment.
Ensuring best & prompt after sales service to the customers.
Making service plan to give quality service to the customers.
Leading & supervising all the Mechanics and Junior Engineers.
Achieving monthly / yearly service and spare parts target.
Making daily visit/work plan for the team members.
Attending customer calls and giving prompt support to them·
Servicing agriculture machineries like Tractor, Power Tiller, Rotavator, Reaper, Harvester, Diesel Engine, etc.
Ensuring scheduled and periodical service.
Giving service activity report time to time to the HO service Head.
