Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, design, implement and manage server, backup and storage infrastructure solutions.
∎ Configure, install and maintain servers, backup & storage arrays and related hardware and software components.
∎ Monitor and troubleshoot server, backup and storage systems to identify and resolve performance issues, hardware and software faults, and other problems as they arise.
∎ Implement and maintain server and storage backup and recovery solutions.
∎ Ensure data integrity and security for all server and storage systems.
∎ Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure that server and storage systems are integrated and functioning correctly with other systems.
∎ Continuously evaluate and improve server and storage performance and capacity planning.
∎ Document and maintain system configurations, processes, and procedures.
∎ Provide technical support and guidance to users and other IT staff as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in server and storage system architecture and design, as well as network and storage protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, NFS, CIFS, iSCSI, FC).
∎ Strong knowledge of server virtualization (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V).
∎ Experience with storage management software, such as SAN and NAS.
∎ Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions. excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
