Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science/Humanities/Law or any relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with human resources departments.
∎ Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
∎ Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budget.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of the competence of instruction, the content of training, and the training materials used.
∎ Develop effective induction programs for new staff as well.
∎ Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals/gazettes/literature, going to meetings, and attending relevant courses.
∎ Develop training schedules, plans, budgets, materials, tools, guidelines, and modules.
∎ Accomplish and submit all training completion reports properly and on time.
∎ Evaluate training results and take initiative to utilize the participant’s feedback for further course development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years of working experience in the training and development department.
∎ Experience in working with NGOs/INGO will be preferred.
∎ Strong analytical and writing skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Demonstrated collaboration & team building skills.
∎ Should have excellent experience in managing project activities
∎ Should be an outcome-oriented person.
∎ Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Salary: Negotiable
