∎ Design comprehensive training programs tailored to different roles and departments.
∎ Create and update training materials, manuals, and resources.3. Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.
∎ Utilize various training methodologies, including workshops, e-learning, and simulations.
∎ Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and observation.
∎ Conduct on job training & FGD.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
∎ Ensure cost-effective use of resources.
∎ Knowledge about TOT and Develop and manage the training budget.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
