∎ Master's degree in any discipline/Diploma in Agriculture.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare sales action plans, strategies & schedule sales activity
∎ Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
∎ Maintain sales activity records and prepare timely sales reports
∎ Ensure satisfactory customer services through performing quality checks on product and service delivery
∎ Lead the work with the marketing team
∎ Arrange & conduct various meetings, product demonstrations, and promotional activities on the existing/new products to develop product awareness
∎ Develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients
∎ Build up strong relationship with Government personnel in Upazilla & District level

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 4 year experience in relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agriculture Machineries (Tractor, Harvester, Transplanter) & Customer Support.
∎ Developing the market for Agriculture machinery products.
∎ Good communication skills.
