Responsibilities & Context:

UpSkill Bangladesh is searching for a driven and articulate Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in a HYBRID opportunity.

This position involves a Night Shift from Monday to Thursday (Remote, 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM BD Time) and Friday (Onsite at our Sylhet office, Companigonj Hi‑Tech Park, Sylhet, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM BD Time).

Position Summary: We are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in local or international IT recruitment. The candidate must be skilled in telemarketing—calling individuals from the USA to inform them about UpSkill courses and encouraging them to enroll. In addition, the recruiter will call different recruiters across the USA to conduct C2C placements for existing students based in the U.S. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of technical job roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Candidate Engagement:

  • Call U.S.-based individuals to promote and enroll them in UpSkill training programs.

  • Contact recruiters across the U.S. to secure C2C placements for students.

  • Communicate with clients to understand technical job requirements.

  • Maintain regular coordination with internal teams and hiring managers.

Technical Recruitment & Sourcing:

  • Source and screen candidates for IT and tech-related roles (e.g., Developers, QA, DevOps).

  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and job boards for talent sourcing.

  • Conduct screenings and assess candidate suitability based on client needs.

Full-Cycle Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in interview scheduling, feedback sharing, and follow-up with candidates.

  • Support offer negotiations and hiring logistics from start to finish

Reporting & Communication:

  • Maintain and update candidate databases.

  • Provide daily and weekly recruitment updates to the management team. Collaborate with sourcing and placement teams to ensure smooth workflow.
