Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Certification on PMP, ITIL, CoBIT5, CISA, CISM, ISO2000, ISO2701 CISSP will be added advantage of the applicant
∎ Skills Required: Networking Skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Information technology, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Specification of software supplies from external and internal partners
∎ Control and monitoring of development progress
∎ Release and test coordination with internal and external partners
∎ Creation and review of technical documentation: (functional spec, technical spec)
∎ Control of acceptance and commissioning by project and local teams
∎ Leadership for national and international project teams (including suppliers)
∎ Phase-related technical project planning
∎ Monitoring of tests and milestones (early acceptance tests (EAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), factory acceptance tests (SAT)
∎ Managing operational IT task and IT service tasks (esp. high priority incidents)
∎ Build positive and productive working relationships with stakeholders for business growth
∎ Manage delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
∎ Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion
∎ Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements
∎ Serve as primary contact for stakeholders' inquiries and concerns
∎ Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving
∎ Report delivery status to stakeholders and develop required delivery documentations
∎ Supervising a team of experts, while working closely with customers, management and external vendors
∎ Directing the effective delivery of Application, development, DC-DR and other operational processes.
∎ Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
∎ Must be fluency in written and spoken English
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ At least 12 years' relevant experience where minimum 6 years in managerial level positions
∎ 4-5 years of software development experience with software delivery management roles
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational / Large conglomerates in enterprise ICT setup
∎ Experience in Business Requirement analysis and large system implementation including Good knowledge of security
∎ A strong technology background is preferred, including experience in solution architecture, technology architecture, database design and software application design
∎ Management skills including project management capabilities
∎ Excellent leadership and customer service skills
∎ Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
∎ Experience working in a high-level collaborative global environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
∎ Excellent people management skills combined with project management skills
∎ Direct client experience is a plus
∎ Ability to work in agile environment
∎ Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills are necessary
∎ Experience with project management tools such as MS Project
∎ A highly motivated person that is passionate about collaborating with others to drive results and can motivate others
∎ A team player who is open-minded, proactive and process-driven
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and ideally German language skills
∎ Willingness to travel
