Experience:

• Masters in Computer Application (MCA) in Computer Science
• Masters in Computer Application (MCA) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Professional certifications on Microsoft, Linux, or related certifications is must.

• Age 25 to 35 years

·         Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell preferred).·         Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.·         Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.·         Strong teamwork skills with ability to work independently.·         Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali (written and spoken).

·         Administer and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure across multiple operational sites.

·         Manage and monitor Data Center operations including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, and network systems.

·         Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting to ensure uninterrupted service availability.

·         Administer Microsoft Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Hyper-V, WDS, and Web Servers.

·         Manage backup and storage systems to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.

·         Handle application deployment and automation scripting using PowerShell.

·         Support Linux-based systems and database environments (PostgreSQL, SQL Server).

·         Monitor systems using enterprise monitoring tools and security platforms.

·         Maintain virus protection, endpoint security, and system hardening practices.

·         Ensure compliance with infrastructure standards, operational procedures, and best practices.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve complex infrastructure issues.

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator to manage and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure across a distributed multi-site environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring system stability, Data Center reliability, and high availability of critical infrastructure components in a mission-critical operational environment
