- Bank Ultimus Expertise: Proven experience with the latest version of Bank Ultimus Core Banking System (CBS), including installation, implementation, customization, and technical support.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), particularly with Dot.net.
- Database Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Oracle Database, including installation, query building, and administration.
- Banking Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking processes, practices, and reporting formats.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory for interacting with international customers.
- Communication and Attitude: Excellent communication skills, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to translate complex client requirements into technical implementations.

Job Context:
Flora Telecom is seeking a dynamic team leader with extensive experience in Bank Ultimas core banking systems to lead the development, customization and support of our core banking software for the Flora Bank Ultimas team. As the owner of the Bank Ultimas core banking product, Flora Telecom offers a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to make a significant impact. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 10 years of experience working with Bank Ultimas ( core banking system) and proficiency in the latest tools and technology.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development team as well as support team
- Development & Customization: Develop,customise,implement and update patches for the Bank Ultimas Core Banking Software based on bank requirements.
- Technical and Business Analysis: Analyze and understand technical & business process to write & develop programs.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects with full responsibility, ensuring timely delivery and high quality outcomes.
- Performance Under Pressure: Work efficiency under pressure to meet deadlines and project goals.
