- Bank Ultimus Expertise:
- Proven experience with the latest version of Bank Ultimus Core Banking System (CBS), including installation, implementation, customization, and technical support.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), particularly with Dot.net.
- Database Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Oracle Database, including installation, query building, and administration
- Banking Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking processes, practices, and reporting formats.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory for interacting with international customers.
- Communication and Attitude: Excellent communication skills, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to translate complex client requirements into technical implementations.

Job Context:
- Flora Telecom is seeking dynamic deputy team leaders for General banking, Loan, Foreign exchange, treasury and digital banking with extensive experience in Bank Ultimus core banking systems to lead the development, customization, and support of our Core Banking software for the Flora Bank Ultimus team. As the owner of the Bank Ultimus core banking product, Flora Telecom offers a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to make a significant impact. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 7 years working experience with Bank Ultimus (core banking system) and proficiency in the latest tools and technology.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development team members as well as support team.
- Development and Customization: Develop, customize, implement, and update patches for the Bank Ultimus Core Banking software based on bank requirements.
- Technical and Business Analysis: Analyze and understand technical and business processes to write and develop programs.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects with full responsibility, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Performance Under Pressure: Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines and project goals.
