Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Enggineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certifications
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation, Implementation, configuration, support & troubleshoot of Dell EMC SAN Storage and Backup Solution
∎ Design conceptual Storage, Server, Backup and Recovery infrastructure solutions based on customer needs.
∎ FRU parts replacement unites and Hardware firmware upgrades
∎ Identify issues, investigate root causes and recommend solutions to enterprise problems - applying diagnostic techniques as necessary and keeping the customer informed throughout
∎ Perform case management functions to keep cases up to date and accurate
∎ Provide timely responses to customer escalations
∎ Assists customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical and service issues
∎ Uses troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify products that are defective and follows guidelines in issuing service calls/contacts
∎ Advises/educates customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions
∎ Monitors and tracks issues to ensure accurate resolution
∎ F 5 Load balancer experience will added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Academically should have to be from reputed institutions.
∎ Excellent technical knowledge and experience supporting Enterprise Class Server, Storage, Backup and Software applications.
∎ Must have related Vendor Certifications
∎ Working Knowledge on Windows, Linux, VMWare Virtualization Server Operating Systems.
∎ Proven ability to troubleshoot solutions built on these technologies
∎ Effective communication skills at all levels - written and verbal
∎ Superior customer service skills
∎ Able to problem solve and think laterally
∎ Persons who do not possess sufficient academic qualification but are otherwise capable of meeting the working skills may also apply.
