Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology from a reputed university
∎ CCNA certification will be considered as an extra advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT System Management, Hardware Engineer, Network Engineering, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing mail, calendar, tasks and to-do.
∎ Deep Knowledge on application packages like Zimbra Core, LDAP, MTA, Store, SNMP, Logger, Spell, Proxy, Archiving.
∎ Knowledge on Single server and Multi-server configuration and all Zimbra directories.
∎ Knowledge on different versions of Zimbra web clients and their configuration and Zimbra mailbox server and mail routing.
∎ Ensure basic IT support, such as PC troubleshooting; mail/ outlook configuration; printer, IP camera, CCTV & access control device related works, etc. as per company IT policy
∎ Ensure all necessary hardware, software and network related support to the end user when required
∎ Setup and maintain company's computer network which includes LAN and WAN network and maintain network router like Mikrotik, Fortinet Firewall
∎ Configure and maintain router, WAN and virtualization system
∎ Monitor total system as well as network traffic, virus & maintain all network equipment
∎ Maintain email gateway and work in Linux platform
∎ Install server with Linux and Windows server environment
∎ Maintain proper documentation for updating inventory of all hardware and IT products and information
∎ Plan, maintain and design new network infrastructure
∎ Ensure data backup utility and maintain the log file of the system
∎ Ensure hardware, software and network upgrades installation, re-installation, changes and re-locations
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of active directory, file server, print server, DNS server, FTP
∎ Good knowledge on Windows Server R2 2008 & Linux OS
∎ Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Sub netting, DHCP
∎ Good knowledge in Linux OS
∎ Good knowledge about VM environment
∎ Good knowledge on router, firewall and email gateway system
∎ Smart, proactive, energetic, hard worker and result oriented
∎ Ability to perform under pressure
∎ Self-motivated
