Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 35 years
5 to 8 years of experience in front-end development (5+ years in React.js) & Apparel ERP Development.
Strong in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Redux, React Hooks, React Native.
Skilled in Tailwind CSS, modern UI libraries, REST APIs, real-time data handling.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, Agile workflows.
Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes/cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills
Next.js (SSR/SSG).
TypeScript for type-safe applications.
Cloud storage/file uploads (e.g., AWS S3).
ERP/SaaS domain experience, especially with charting & reporting tools.
Awareness of security best practices (XSS, CSRF, JWT).
Strong grasp of UI/UX principles.
Responsibilities & Context:
JavaScript / ES6+
Deep understanding of modern JavaScript features, asynchronous programming, and design patterns.
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
React.js (Expert Level)
Component-based architecture, hooks, and Context API.
State management with Redux (Redux Toolkit, Thunk, or Saga).
Experience with React Router and dynamic routing.
Performance optimization (lazy loading, memorization, code splitting).
React Native
Building and maintaining mobile apps for Android & iOS.
Familiarity with app store deployment and platform-specific optimizations.
UI Libraries & Styling
Tailwind CSS for modern, responsive, utility-first styling.
Experience with PrimeReact, Material UI, Mantine or similar UI frameworks. State Management & Data Handling
Redux with middleware (Redux Thunk, Toolkit, Saga).
Axios / Fetch for REST APIs.
Real-time data handling with SignalR / WebSockets.
Frontend Architecture & Tools
Form handling with Formik / React Hook Form.
Knowledge of charts & reporting (Chart.js, FullCalendar).
Experience with PDF/Excel exports (jsPDF, ExcelJS, xlsx).
Performance profiling and optimization techniques.
