∎ •Develop and nurture strategic relationships with government agencies, ministries, and regulatory bodies to enhance the bank's public sector presence.
∎ Serve as the primary liaison for government clients, ensuring responsive, high-quality service tailored to their unique banking needs.
∎ Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) policies, in all government-related transactions.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government entities, offering customized solutions like payroll management, project financing, and cash management.
∎ Monitor policy changes, economic developments, and political events, providing insights and adapting strategies to align with government impacts on banking services.
∎ Support digital transformation initiatives by implementing digital solutions for government transactions, facilitating secure and efficient e-banking services.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on government relationships, transactions, and compliance activities for management.
∎ Represent the bank at government events, forums, and official meetings to strengthen relationships, promote bank offerings, and enhance public image.
∎ Maintain high professional standards and strive to provide quality services and competitive pricing to clients. Cultivate good rapport with Government Relations and ensure, the bank becomes the choice for their banking.
