∎ KNOWLEDGE:  BRAC’s values and mission, development sector, global development scenario to identify funding trends, financial and grants management, donor agencies, quality control, quality assurance
∎ SKILLS: Communication, researching, writing, monitoring and evaluating, preparing reports, auditing, analysing project progress
∎ COMPETENCIES: Facilitating group meetings, managing timelines, oral and written fluency in both Bangla and English, handling critical issues with relevant stakeholders

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Observe classroom teaching to identify key gaps in material development quality and provide necessary suggestions
∎ Provide necessary guide for ensuring development of various types of educational/curriculum materials, assessment tools at different level and subjects
∎ Support to formulate, maintain and document quality control standard and ongoing quality of education to achieve its objectives
∎ Provide technical support to Technical officers and program organizers
∎ Design training content with input from concerned persons
∎ Plan and deliver monthly training plan to technical advice and Team Lead
∎ Facilitate necessary translation of documents with HQ BEP team for use in the field and education stakeholder Serve as training focal point for training teacher professional development
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ This position will be the observer of the classroom teaching to identify key gaps in material development quality. It will also assure the quality of the development of the education. It will also give technical support to TOs and POs.
