∎ Provide technical support to technical officers and program organizers
∎ Facilitate necessary translation of documents with HQ BEP team for use in the field and education stakeholder Serve as training focal point for training teacher professional development
∎ Support to formulate, maintain and document quality control standard and ongoing quality of education to achieve its objectives
∎ KNOWLEDGE:  BRAC’s values and mission, development sector, educational requirements, teacher training, conducting surveys
∎ SKILLS: Budgeting and stock counting, inventory management, report writing, understanding of education sector
∎ COMPETENCIES: Facilitating group meetings, managing timelines, oral and written fluency in both Bangla and English, handling critical issues, communication, supervisory ability

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This position will ensue the psychosocial and mental wellbeing of the staff, teachers of learning centers as well as students. This position will also be responsible for designing, planning, conducting and coordinating the required training regarding mental health
∎ Ensure the psychosocial wellbeing of the students by following up
∎ Give required training to the teachers/staffs according to sector lead
∎ Provide psychosocial support training and counseling to the Host/FDMN teachers and the Staff
∎ Design training schedule, module and budget with input from concerned persons
∎ Plan and deliver monthly training plan to Team Lead and donor
∎ Work as PSEA & Safeguarding focal of Education sector
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
