Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in developing and executing detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
∎ Design and implement a comprehensive RF aligning with project goals and objectives.
∎ Develop tools and indicators to measure project outputs, outcomes, and impacts.
∎ Oversee data collection processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information.
∎ Conduct regular data analysis and generate reports to inform project decision-making.
∎ Conduct baseline assessments to establish the initial project context and conditions.
∎ Lead impact assessments to evaluate the effectiveness and sustainability of the project interventions.
∎ Provide training to project staff and community members on data collection methods and M&E processes.
∎ Build the capacity of relevant stakeholders to participate in monitoring and evaluation activities.
∎ Prepare and submit timely and accurate M&E reports to project management and donor agencies.
∎ Ensure that reporting requirements are met and align with project timelines.
∎ Implement quality assurance measures to maintain data integrity and reliability.
∎ Conduct regular audits and verification exercises to ensure the accuracy of collected data.
∎ Facilitate learning sessions based on M&E findings to improve project strategies.
∎ Recommend adjustments to project activities based on data-driven insights.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ This position will be responsible and accountable for developing monitoring and evaluation system as per activities and guideline of project. S/he is responsible for assisting for monitoring and evaluation of the project, share and discuss to ensure effective and continuous improvement of the project and support management to improve learning. S/he will play a crucial role in designing and implementing the M&E framework to track project progress, measure impact, and ensure the effective implementation of activities. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills.
