∎ Work experience in Rohingya emergency response, especially NRM projects, will be given advantage.
∎ Experience with computer-based databases (MSSQL Server, MS Access, SPSS/STATA, GIS etc.)
∎ Advance working knowledge on software programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ODK, KOBO, Akvo flow etc.) and advance comprehension of spreadsheet
∎ Knowledge and experience on basic statistics and research methodology and report writing

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, create, and manage a Beneficiary Attendance Database with an interactive dashboard for effective beneficiary tracking and management.
∎ Develop and maintain a Project Progress Tracker to monitor and evaluate project milestones and deliverables.
∎ Establish a Cash Distribution Tracking Database to ensure transparency, accuracy, and accountability in fund disbursement.
∎ Develop and manage a Master Beneficiary Database, categorizing eligible and ineligible beneficiaries to support a systematic rotation process.
∎ Prepare monthly CBT (Cash-Based Transfers) distribution plans, ensuring efficient and accurate allocation of resources.
∎ Draft and finalize the Project Implementation Plan aligned with the approved BOQ and FLA budgets to ensure cost-effective and successful project execution.
∎ Engage and manage targeted beneficiaries and maintain the monthly targeted caseload as per FLA.
∎ Coordinate with WFP to request the Payment Authorization File (PAF) at the end of each month for cash distribution.
∎ Prepare distribution plans, beneficiary tokens, and master rolls to facilitate beneficiary mobilization and ensure accurate and timely cash distribution.
∎ Conduct daily checks of the Digital Attendance System to ensure data accuracy and functionality.
∎ Communicate regularly with field teams to verify and rectify any discrepancies in attendance records. Provide guidance to field staff on proper use and maintenance of the digital system.
∎ Address and resolve attendance-related issues promptly through effective communication and collaboration with the WFP team.
∎ Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports as per donor requirements, ensuring proper compilation and analysis of data.
∎ Ensure all submitted reports are accurate, complete, compliant with donor guidelines, and submitted within the required deadlines.
∎ Ensure all databases and reporting systems meet organizational and donor compliance standards.
∎ Continuously improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency through quality assurance measures and stakeholder feedback.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ This position will be responsible for all kinds of database information and knowledge management of NRM project under the supervision of Technical Specialist, DRR.
