∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Gender studies/ BSS/ Physiotherapy/ Psychology or any relevant subject from any reputed university or institute.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure that project activities are accessible to individuals with disabilities by implementing necessary adaptations.
∎ Develop and implement an inclusive strategy to ensure the active participation of marginalized and vulnerable Self-Help Groups in the project implementation area.
∎ Collaborate with community leaders and stakeholders to identify specific inclusion challenges and opportunities.
∎ Advocate for and implement measures to accommodate diverse needs within the community.
∎ Work closely with government line department, local NGOs, disability organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance inclusivity.
∎ Establish partnerships that promote the inclusion of marginalized groups in broader community development initiatives.
∎ Develop and implement monitoring tools to assess the level of inclusion in project activities.
∎ Regularly evaluate the impact of inclusion strategies and make adjustment as needed.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ This position will be responsible and accountable for Gender Safeguarding and Inclusion system as per activities and guideline of project. S/he is responsible for designing and implementing inclusive strategies to address the specific needs and challenges faced by diverse community members. S/he will play a crucial role in staffs capacity building to ensure the effective implementation of activities.
