∎ Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills
∎ Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
∎ Have excellent typing skill both in Bengali and English
∎ Pro-actively seeking new ways of improving relationship with stakeholders
∎ Have ability to overcome obstacles in internal and external relationship building
∎ Have ability to visit field offices, CiC offices, UNO offices and other Govt. Officials frequently and as required from Programme needs
∎ Have self-motivation, goal/result-orientation and team work.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and provide guidance to Field Facilitators to ensure effective implementation of programme
∎ Ensure learning facility operating plan and oversee logistics of centers and overall management
∎ Ensure proper use of teaching learning materials in classroom and maintain stock position accordingly
∎ .Strengthen collaboration with government (GoB), local community and stakeholders to represent BRAC appropriately
∎ Identify the operational risk factors of the programme proactively and address those issues properly
∎ . Prepare and implement monthly individual work plans in alignment with the Project’s Monthly Action Plan
∎ Prepare monthly and need basedin-progress activities report timely
∎ Provide daily progress updates to the Deputy Project Manager and Project Manager
∎ Facilitate weekly staff development days and attend monthly meetings
∎ Conduct regular Learning Centre (LC) visits for quality assurance and learner support
∎ Ensure proper guidance for Field Facilitators and their visits to LCs for quality assurance
∎ Ensure proper operation and management of LCs and availability of necessary supplies
∎ Provide on-the-job training to Field Facilitators by measuring the performance of learners and teaching volunteers
∎ Maintain the training calendar and schedule with appropriate course design
∎ Conduct and follow up on parent meetings, CSEG meetings, religious leader meetings, and community engagement events
∎ Keep local-level networks with government (GoB), community-level stakeholders, and education-related organizations
∎ Attend meetings with government officers (CiC), camp focal points, and site management
∎ Follow up on Girls' Education, ECE, Disability Inclusion, and Distant Learning (EdTech) interventions for Rohingya children
∎ Maintain teamwork with MEAL, Technical Focal, Finance, and Admin teams
∎ Perform additional assignments given by project management and the organization
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ This position aims to ensure the smooth operation and effective management of learning facility activities by strengthening administrative oversight and logistical coordination. This role will play a critical part in identifying and mitigating operational risks and quality assurance while supervising field facilitators to maintain efficiency and quality in program implementation.
