Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage several financial/procurement product teams from the inception to continuous evolution to possible phase-out to create value and deliver measurable business benefits.
∎ Design, development, testing, implementation, enhancement, and support of SIMEC System Products, ability to manage and lead your team effectively.
∎ Play a leading role in the understanding of customer requirements; shape those requirements with appropriate solutions by using adaptable technologies.
∎ Develop product roadmaps with the help of product managers and is responsible for the entire chain of each product throughout its life cycle.
∎ Ensure contribution for the successful planning of projects taking into consideration of resources and time requirement in achieving project goals, objectives and milestones and finally deliver solutions to customers as per contracts.
∎ Be articulate in following SIMEC System preferred project management (CMMI L-3) and system development methods and techniques. Pay special attention to SIMEC System documentation standards, conform to configuration management and work as a mentor to the team ensuring that team members are fully aware of company standards and procedures and offer support whenever necessary.
∎ Oversee day-to-day management of staff and physical resources and actively monitor and follow up progress of the division.
∎ Ensure that documentation of all products is always up to date (e.g., business analysis reports, design documentation, user manuals, and “Technical Manuals”) and are of sufficient standards.
∎ Attend project planning meetings, strategize project approach, resource requirement as per requirements and accordingly prepare testing, data conversion, training and implementation plan and ensure their timely accomplishment.
∎ Review the allocation of tasks to team members and monitor and evaluate them regularly. Take appropriate actions if any deviation outside tolerance set in project plans are observed.
∎ Report periodical progress as per procedures followed in SIMEC System Limited.
∎ Create and execute project work plans in Jira Software and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) for better communication and customer support.
∎ Better knowledge in understanding the client requirements.
∎ Project Management tools, Jira must have experiences.
