The Senior Officer/Officer, Quality Control plays the role in ensuring the high-quality standards of our glass products in our newly established manufacturing facility. This position involves meticulous inspection and testing of products, adherence to quality protocols, and collaboration with production teams to maintain the highest level of product excellence. The Senior Officer will contribute significantly to the reputation of the company by upholding quality assurance standards.

• Conduct thorough inspections of glass products on the production line, ensuring they meet the established quality criteria.

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to guarantee the production of flawless glass products.

• Collaborate closely with the production team to identify and address quality issues promptly.

• Utilize various testing methods and equipment to assess product quality and performance.

• Document and maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspection results, and other relevant data.

• Provide timely feedback to production staff to prevent defects and ensure continuous improvement.

• Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and implement corrective actions.

• Train and mentor junior quality control staff to enhance their skills and ensure consistent quality checks.

• Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to glass manufacturing quality control.
