• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology
• Master of Science (MSc) in Food Science & Technology

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

• Age At most 35 years

• Knowledge of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO, etc.)

• Various cake items production

• Automated cake line management

• Production & yield reporting

• Stock and inventory management

• Ensure smooth day-to-day cake production operations as per production plan.

• Operate and manage automated cake production lines efficiently.

• Monitor and maintain standard recipes, portion control, and product quality.

• Prepare and maintain production reports, yield reports, and daily performance data.

• Monitor raw material usage, wastage control, and stock management.

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams for uninterrupted production.

• Maintain proper production records, reports, and documentation.

• Ensure machine cleanliness, preventive maintenance, and safety practices.

• Support new product trials, recipe standardization, and process improvement.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
