• Diploma

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor`s degree in Automobile Engineering from a reputed Polytechnic Institute or Public University.

• Age 25 to 35 years

• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in automobile claim management within the non-life insurance sector in Bangladesh.

• Strong technical knowledge of automobiles, repair processes, and damage assessment.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Effective communication, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Must have good knowledge in ERP system.

• Familiarity with relevant insurance regulations and best practices in Bangladesh.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to fair claims handling.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and evaluate damaged vehicles with precision.

• Assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and collaborate with authorized garages.

• Assist in preparation of all papers for Claim Committee Meeting.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance laws, and regulatory standards.

• Provide empathetic and efficient customer service to claimants.

• Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate claim records.

• Detect and mitigate potential fraudulent claims.

• Stay updated on automotive industry trends and claims best practices.
