Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, monitor and evaluating raw materials, capacity planning, production recording, and follow-up to ensure seamless production flow.
∎ Driving for production planning based on capacity analysis driving 100% capacity utilization while minimizing costs
∎ Oversee the development of macro and micro production plans (forward & backward), capacity planning, and daily targets using Fast React software.
∎ Establish production targets and ensure timely achievement holding teams accountable for performance and identify the plan gap to production.
∎ Drive for the execution of Sweater sampling, pre-production activities, knitting, sewing, washing, and finishing in alignment with the overall production plan
∎ Adjust and communicate production plans regularly ensuring agility in response to real-time challenges
∎ Coordinate with production teams facilitating meetings and distributing plans to ensure full alignment and execution
∎ Supervise daily production operations ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of section-wise production progress.
∎ Ensure on-time shipment by maintaining a strict production sequence and proactive issue resolution
∎ Any other tasks assign by management
