Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in Business Administration / Public Administration / Tourism & Hospitality Management from any recognised university with minimum 2nd division / class or equivalent GPA / CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute branding and marketing strategy, plan for training facilities.
∎ Execute branding and marketing strategy, plan for training modules.
∎ Assisting in ensuring business development, strategize sales and sales marketing operational support to HRLD, BRAC.
∎ Assisting and implementing sales and marketing activities of designated projects through regular field visits and provide necessary support for further improvement
∎ Developing sustainable partnership with different NGOs, TVET institutions, Polytechnic Colleges across the country for conducting training and ensuring continuous flow of training
∎ Implementing promotional work as per requirement and develop strategies and interventions to contribute towards the branding, image building and marketing of BRAC Learning Centre.
∎ Executing e-commerce promotional marketing campaigns and responsible for website content management.
∎ Developing effective website / webpage and app of BRAC Learning Centre as well as maintenance of customer engagement by undertaking regular activities of BRAC Learning Centre Facebook page.
∎ Meeting with major stakeholders from all over the country on regular basis for the purpose of business development and make partnership with different associations.
∎ Assist in Coordinating among all the units of HRLD, BRAC and prepare monthly reports and other required reports as requested by the Programme Head / Director.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 02 years' of relevant work experience in any reputed commercial / development organization.
∎ Well versed in corporate communications and dealing with Government officials, marketers, public affairs and/or in other related fields.
∎ Excellent writing skills in both English and Bangla
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
∎ Should possess ability to think critically and analytically
∎ Excellent presentation skill
