Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive end to end recruitment & selection processes of the assigned sectors/ units based on short- and long-term hiring needs
∎ Receive and analyze staff requisitions by checking with budget and act accordingly
∎ Check and update job descriptions and job specifications
∎ Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline as well as creating cv bank for future reference
∎ Ensure the reference checks and facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
∎ Communicate with all sector/ unit focal, branch manager, and branch accounts regarding Deployment, Appointment/ contract letter issues
∎ Ensure that job offers and appointment letters are issued to finally selected candidates
∎ Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process as well on boarding required manpower on time
∎ Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
∎ Constantly keep recruitment follow up up-to-date
∎ Update the recruitment tracker/reports on daily/weekly basis
∎ Prepare the report weekly basis as per prescribe format
∎ Update recruitment manager regarding ongoing recruitment status
∎ Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
∎ Ensure the new joining staff’s information have been updated in prescribe format
∎ Ensure the new joining staff’s information have been provided to payroll team for smooth payroll preparation
∎ Ensure the new joining staffs have opened their BRAC bank account and provided to payroll team
∎ Prepare all necessary documents and contents for induction
∎ Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions as per induction checklist
∎ Act as a point of contact for new-joined employees
∎ Develop and update induction materials
∎ Monitor and evaluate induction process
∎ Prepare & complete all necessary recruitment & joining documents as per the organization policy
∎ Ensure all recruitment files are complete with necessarily follow up
∎ Ensure all personal files are completed and with necessarily follow up
∎ Ensure all recruitment files and personal files are maintained/archived in an organized manner
∎ Actively involved in Recruitment related Audit tasks throughout the year.
∎ Preserve all kinds of relevant documents of recruitment and personal file and ensure uploading it to relevant portals
∎ the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Purpose:
∎ Ensure full-cycle of recruitment, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring, onboard and retain the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. Sr. Officer-Recruitment is responsible for effective implementation of all recruitment and also will respond to internal correspondence, take HR initiatives and help to determine distribution channels for HR information and HR compliance. This position will assist Manager, Recruitment for end-to-end recruitment process.
∎ Responsibilities:
