• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Textile Engineering

• 2 to 3 years

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Lean Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering (Plastic process preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools and process improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in data analysis, report preparation, and production efficiency tracking.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Officer – Lean Manufacturing to join our Industrial Engineering team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Lean tools, production process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment (preferably Plastic process).

Location: Plot: 129-131, DEPZ, Ganakbari, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, and Waste Reduction.
• Conduct time & motion studies, capacity studies, and layout improvement projects.
• Analyze production data to identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Support productivity enhancement by reducing bottlenecks.
• Develop and update SOPs, workflow standards.
• Lead continuous improvement (CI) projects and follow up on sustainability.
• Train and guide production teams on Lean concepts and methods.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance teams to ensure efficiency targets.
