∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders and team members.

∎ Proficient in MS Excel, report writing, analytics and change management.
∎ Knowledge on global and local content styles.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and maintain systems for storing project knowledge, documents, tools, and best practices.
∎ Engage with external stakeholders, including donors, partners, and beneficiaries, to share knowledge and resources·
∎ Represent the project at knowledge-sharing events, conferences, and workshops.
∎ Regularly assess and update knowledge management practices to align with evolving project needs and innovations.
∎ Assist supervisor in consolidating, analyzing and writing project reports/presentations and support MIS on data management·
∎ Prepare high-quality project reports, case studies, success stories, newsletters, and other relevant documentation.
∎ Ensure consistent documentation of field experiences, lessons learned, and innovations in the project.
∎ Prepare/compile daily, weekly, Bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual report as required by organization and donor. SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
