∎ Training in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or GIS is an added advantage
∎ Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in URP, CSE, Statistics, Social Sciences, Information Management, Development Studies or a related discipline from any reputed university.
∎ Short courses or certification in Data Analysis, Monitoring & Evaluation, Information Management, or Reporting is desirable.
∎ Training in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or GIS is an added advantage

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and update project databases, including sector-specific indicators, activity tracking, and beneficiary data with maintaining confidentiality of data.
∎ Assist in designing and managing tools for data collection (e.g., forms, trackers, survey templates) in coordination with MEAL and sector focal points.
∎ Ensure data quality through regular review, validation, and cleaning processes.
∎ Analyze program data for trends, gaps, and opportunities to inform field teams and project leads.
∎ Store and organize datasets and documentation in a structured, accessible format for use by different teams.
∎ Prepare and maintain a real-time project progress dashboard using online tools such as Power BI, ensuring live data visualization of key indicators for internal tracking and decision-making
∎ Contribute to the preparation of donor reports by compiling and analyzing project data and translating them into clear narratives, tables, and visuals.
∎ Prepare internal updates, dashboards, and infographics summarizing project progress, challenges, and achievements.
∎ Support documentation of field activities, success stories, lessons learned, and project case studies.
∎ Work closely with the Capacity Building and Knowledge Management teams to ensure training and field activities are accurately captured and reported.
∎ Coordinate with sector leads and field staff to collect timely inputs for regular reports and databases.
∎ Assist in organizing and documenting review meetings, reflection workshops, and field visits.
∎ Act as a point person for sharing information and reporting formats with camp teams.
∎ Support the integration of community feedback mechanisms into IM and reporting tools.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ The Senior Officer, IM & Reporting will support the Manager, Knowledge Management, Reporting & Documentation by managing project data, maintaining and analyzing databases, and producing both qualitative and quantitative reports to support evidence-based decision-making. This position plays a vital role in ensuring timely, accurate, and usable information for internal tracking, external reporting, and continuous improvement of the HDC project’s integrated services.
