Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work closely with various programmes or departments in the field offices of BRAC, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
∎ Liaise with a wide range of people involved in policy areas and ensure its compliance.
∎ Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
∎ Coordinate & organize field based recruitment & selection processes.
∎ Identify, retain, & develop the talents of field offices by coordinating with the talent management team.
∎ Involve with the whole process of project staff (PS) & teacher recruitment.
∎ Involve with the activities related to health insurance matters at field offices.
∎ Take part in different employer branding initiatives to increase the organizational brand value.
∎ Participate in and organize different trainings, meetings, and forums in the field offices.
∎ Ensure, coordinate, and facilitate the onboarding of new staff in field offices.
∎ Visit the field offices on a regular basis to strengthen rapport with the field staff & build a brand image of HRD.
∎ Ensure on time performance appraisal in a qualitative manner & actively involve the program people to make it effective.
∎ Work to achieve the best outcome of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) at the field level.
∎ Involve with internal investigation process (i.e., theft, harassment, etc.).Handle complaints and grievance procedures properly.
∎ Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
∎ Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
