• Communicate and follow the production and shipment plan as suggested by department head.

• Output to ship reconciliation report check & ensure.

• Take care of the productivity of all finishing activity as well as discipline and quality.

• Make daily production plan, short meeting with finishing executive, supervisors to make them conscious about urgency and requirement.

• Reporting to superior about production and shipment status.

• Annalise the status between receiving and packing report and make effective plan to minimize backlog.

• Ensure the quality of packed goods and timely delivery for smooth shipment.

• Co-operation with sewing section for getting complete garments accordingly.

• In order to individual improvement encourage the employee and trained them for finishing related work for better production.

• Communication and co-ordination with merchandisers, warehouse for shipment related information as well as coordination with all production concern department.

• Daily production report monitoring, effective target setting for any new style, try to achieve the optimum efficiency.

• Handling final inspection.

• Maintain 6S / Housekeeping of finishing.
