Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle logistics and documentation for all external events and major internal events, such as training sessions, workshops, and consultations, in Cox’s Bazar.
∎ Ensure seamless coordination and execution of events by liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
∎ Plan, organize, and oversee events to ensure they run smoothly and meet their objectives.
∎ Capture and document high-quality photographs and videos of events for promotional and archival purposes.
∎ Maintain an organized archive of all documents and visual materials for easy access and future reference.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of event logistics with overall project goals.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event materials and services.
∎ Manage event budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
∎ Produce post-event reports and evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement.Collect and analyze data related to events to inform future planning and execution.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ BRAC is implementing a skills development and livelihoods project called "Improving Skills and Economic Opportunities in Cox's Bazar (ISEC)" with the support of Global Affairs Canada (GAC) and in partnership with the ILO. The aim of the project is the economic empowerment of the host community in Cox’s Bazar district through gender-sensitive, market-relevant skills development. The ISEC project focuses on bolstering the economic empowerment and participation of various groups—especially women, people with disabilities, adolescents, and youths—within the host community of Cox's Bazar. A key objective of the project is to improve the employability and economic resilience of almost 24,000 individuals from the host community in Cox's Bazar.
