Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Officer /Assistant Manager( Finance & Accounts). This role will be pivotal in supporting our finance and accounting functions, contributing to the efficient operation and growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Process daily client payments through BEFTN/RTGS/Cheque, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare vendor payments, including calculation of TDS and VDS deductions.
Generate transaction vouchers in Backoffice Software to record financial transactions accurately.
Compile monthly profit and loss statements to assess financial performance.
Deposit monthly TDS and VDS to the Government treasury via A challan.
Conduct daily and monthly bank reconciliation statements to ensure financial accuracy.
Prepare regulatory reports such as Net Capital Balance and Consolidated Customers Bank AC reconciliation.
Generate management reports on demand basis to facilitate decision-making processes.
