∎ Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in finance and accounts in a stock brokerage firm.
∎ Proficiency in Financial Software, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting & analysis
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Process daily client payments through BEFTN/RTGS/Cheque, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
∎ Prepare vendor payments, including calculation of TDS and VDS deductions.
∎ Generate transaction vouchers in Back-office Software to record financial transactions accurately.
∎ Compile monthly profit and loss statements to assess financial performance.
∎ Deposit monthly TDS and VDS to the Government treasury via A challan.
∎ Conduct daily and monthly bank reconciliation statements to ensure financial accuracy.
∎ Prepare regulatory reports such as NCB, CCA, RBCA, OFC as well as Monthly & quarterly Accounts.
∎ Generate management reports on demand basis to facilitate decision-making processes.

∎ We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Senior Officer – Accounts and Finance. This role will be pivotal in supporting our finance and accounting functions, contributing to the efficient operation and growth of our organization.
∎ Responsibilities:
