∎ Minimum bachelor's degree in respective field from any well reputed public/private University.

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the day-to-day operations of IT systems
∎ Configure and maintain network & design LAN/WAN
∎ Establishing flawless and secured connectivity for both trading and office purposes
∎ Managing all software
∎ Install, Configure and maintain of IT equipment (laptop, printer, scanner, other device) providing support & service for desktop & Laptop users
∎ IT planning & budgeting
∎ Up-to-date with current best practice in the field of IT
∎ Identify solutions and opportunities to overcome business challenges and improve organizational performance
∎ Oversee entire IT department, including infrastructure and applications
∎ Procure, negotiate, manage and monitor of contracts for ICT services provided by third parties
∎ Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
∎ Hands-on experience on Cisco/ MikroTik Router & Switch, Firewall, SSL Certificate, Vulnerability Management, Network Monitoring System (NMS), Environment Monitoring System (EMS) Syslog server, Cacti.
∎ Install, Configure and maintain VMware platform, Windows operating systems, system software, backup, system monitoring, disaster recovery and tool support.
∎ Maintain Network firewall, Vulnerability assessment, update all security patches.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when required by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years experience in respective department of any Stock Brokerage is preferable.
∎ Sound Knowledge in over-all IT operation, SQL Server, OMS, Networking along with CDBL, and DP Operation of a Stock broker company.
∎ Must have sound knowledge regarding trading rules, settlement rules, and other concern regulatory in the capital market i.e., BSEC, DSE, CSE, CDBL, BB etc.
∎ Smart, Pro-active, Team player, paired with agile mindset, and can-do attitude.
∎ Excellent communication skill in Bangla, and English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, and meet deadline.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Positive attitude towards others.
