∎ Strong expertise in development, Costing and overall project execution.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
∎ 6+ years of experience in merchandising, specifically with woven outerwear products like padding jackets, Real Down Jackets, Fake Down Jackets, Long and Short Fashion Jackets, Seam Sealed Jackets etc.
∎ Strong expertise in development, Costing and overall project execution.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the development process for woven outerwear projects, ensuring timely execution from concept to sample approval.
∎ Expertly handle costing activities, including material sourcing and calculation of SMV for accurate product pricing.
∎ Optimize costing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
∎ Oversee the entire production lifecycle, from sample development to bulk production and shipment.
∎ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, quality, and sourcing, to ensure seamless project execution.
∎ Conduct regular follow-ups with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for buyers, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on project status.
∎ Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with product development and delivery.
∎ Stay updated on the latest market trends and technological advancements in woven outerwear.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations for new product development based on market demands.
∎ Fakir Eco Knitwears Ltd, a reputed 100% export-oriented Woven Composite Garments factory is looking for a talented, experienced, dynamic, potential candidate as Senior Merchandiser (Woven Outerwear) for its factory located at Kayempur, Fatullah, Narayanganj.
∎ Lead the development process for woven outerwear projects, ensuring timely execution from concept to sample approval.
∎ Expertly handle costing activities, including material sourcing and calculation of SMV for accurate product pricing.
