Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Actively monitor and source for individual orders from contract till shipment.
∎ Review fit, pre-production &production samples with the factory technical department, to ensure all key comments are followed.
∎ Follow-up all new development projects with factories to ensure timely submission of samples, pricing details & any other specific's requested by the client.
∎ Prepare purchase orders, internal order & costing sheets.
∎ Coordinate with marketing, design, supply chain, production & quality department of the company very professionally.
∎ Work closely with production, quality control /QA Team to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage and ensure best final product.
∎ Co-ordinate with production team in order to deliver timely shipment and ensure merchandisers is updating order status to buyer.
∎ Ensure all style files are updated with detail information for an accurate handover to the quality department.
∎ Provide required lead time to production & look for maximizing profit from all merchandise.
∎ Maintain weekly progress reports with up to date information on all orders & outstanding issues.
∎ Proactively inform head of merchandising on any exceptions.
∎ Accompany clients to visit vendors and factories during their trips & production.
∎ Perform additional duties to meet with the Company's needs as required and assigned by management.For Quality Controller:

∎ Monitor QC activities in all Pre & Post Press processes.
∎ Ensure data entry in incoming material inspection form, different test formats; like GSM test, Thickness Test, Crease Test, COF Test, Emboss Test etc.
∎ Maintain statistical analysis of different tests to confirm overall product quality measures.
∎ Match the Job Card with standard set by customer to confirm product quality.
∎ Conduct different QA tests using different test equipment.
∎ Ensure quality at production site and visit client site for claims and new requirements.For Finishing Supervisor:
∎ Able to follow-up shipment plan & achieve finishing target & quick balancing finishing lines product wise (Knit/woven).
∎ Understand about technical sheet & artwork during Finishing sampling for item - Blazer & Waist Coat.
∎ Increase production with minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standard.
∎ Able to handle inspections with external buying office audits.
∎ Review weekly Shipment schedule & Finishing plan for item - Knit/woven.
∎ Monitoring & control absenteeism, turnover and migration.
∎ Follow up Hourly production report.
∎ Enhance Finishing efficiency.
∎ Follow up in-line Quality related report.
∎ Train up in-house manpower for improving process wise productivity.
∎ Follow up department wise goal & achievement.
∎ Should have to perform other finishing related duties and responsibilities.
∎ Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
∎ FOR Planning Manager:
∎ Responsible for overall operation of Planning Department.
∎ Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization of the unit.
∎ Execute and monitor the production planning process including production order review, material shortage review, and inventory status.
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Coordination with marketing and merchandising team, Buyers approval, Planning, Allocation, Shipment planning, Costing, Inter departmental issues and Administration etc.
∎ Total follow up from Yarn receiving to Finished Goods delivery.
∎ Coordinate activities with the Supply Chain organization and review material positions so that alternate solutions, if required, are developed to ensure on-time customer delivery.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ Drive improvements to the overall process efficiency and communication with key stakeholders
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process.
∎ Participate in cross-functional teams supporting existing and new products from prototype to volume production.
∎ Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.
∎ Co-ordinate with Sales & Marketing department for optimal pricing/production/lead time/shipment.Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
